Embo­di­ment Work* is a pro­cess-ori­en­ted body­work which enab­les imme­dia­te and noti­ce­ab­le chan­ges to hap­pen not through the mind but through the body. Embo­di­ment* leads to per­ma­nent posi­ti­ve chan­ges that are visi­ble in your day to day life..

Embo­di­ment* shows you, how you can be invol­ved in deci­ding upon your thoughts, moods, and body pro­ces­ses in order to gain more free­dom and a grea­ter scope of action. You beco­me an actor in your own life ins­te­ad of auto­ma­ti­cal­ly repea­ting what you have learnt in your life until now..

How does it work?

During indi­vi­du­al ses­si­ons and group cour­ses, I offer you a struc­tu­red trai­ning tailo­red to your needs. First steps to increa­se your body-atten­ti­on are taken and per­so­nal life issu­es are loo­ked at through the body.

With the help of descrip­ti­on, touch tech­ni­ques, bre­at­h­ing and awa­re­ness exer­ci­ses, you can learn how to let go of auto­ma­tic reac­tions and gain more free­dom in your life. Skills that were thought to have disap­peared can be redis­co­ve­r­ed and your per­so­nal poten­ti­al can claim its place back.

*Learning to be well*. Learn to reco­gnise and end unwan­ted atti­tu­de and beha­viou­ral pat­terns with and through your body. With the help of descrip­ti­on, touch tech­ni­ques, bre­at­h­ing and awa­re­ness exer­ci­ses in indi­vi­du­al ses­si­ons – each buil­ding upon the other – I can show you how unwan­ted sta­tes, moods, thoughts and fee­lings mani­fest them­sel­ves in your life and espe­ci­al­ly in your body and how you can trans­form them. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Your Reco­very Process

*Learning to reco­ver*. Learn to reco­ver yours­elf with and through your body. In a reco­very pro­cess, you can learn to actively deve­lop your own healing poten­ti­al in order to reco­ver as well and quick­ly as pos­si­ble. Blo­cka­des are reco­gnis­ed and cured by the use of focu­sed atten­ti­on, crea­ting best pos­si­ble con­di­ti­ons for self-healing. A reco­very pro­cess may be reco­mend­a­ble for examp­le in case of back pain, migrai­ne, befo­re or after an ope­ra­ti­on, after giving birth or also sim­ply when the­re is a need to recoup your ener­gies. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

*Train yours­elf to well-being* In addi­ti­on to indi­vi­du­al ses­si­ons, I offer indi­vi­du­al trai­ning to be done at home. The trai­ning is built up step by step and is adap­ted to your indi­vi­du­al learning pro­cess. During the trai­ning, I choo­se spe­ci­fic atten­ti­on, con­cen­tra­ti­on and rela­xa­ti­on exer­ci­ses from dif­fe­rent tra­di­ti­ons which are tailo­red to your needs in num­ber, pro­gres­si­on and inten­si­ty so that you can reach your per­so­nal learning goal. Lis­ten to your body

Ein Work­shop mit vie­len Übun­gen um in den Kör­per zu kom­men. Wie oft ver­lie­ren wir unser Bauch­ge­fühl und sind nur noch im Den­ken? Was steht uns im Weg um wirk­li­ch Kör­per zu sein?

In die­sem 4-stün­­di­gen Work­shop lern­st Du vie­le Übun­gen, die Dir hel­fen kön­nen Stil­le im Kopf zu erlan­gen, Fokus und Kör­per­wahr­neh­mung aus­zu­deh­nen, und Dei­nem Kör­per mal ganz und gar zuzu­hö­ren. Es ist eine wun­der­ba­re Mög­lich­keit mei­ne Arbeit ken­nen­zu­ler­nen.

Embo­dy­ing your goals

Wenn wir mehr im Kör­per sind, könn­nen wir kraft­vol­ler unse­re Visio­nen und Zie­le ver­fol­gen. In die­sem Kurs lern­st Du genau­er hin­zu­spü­ren was Du eigent­li­ch will­st und wie dies in Dei­nem Leben umsetz­bar ist. Schmer­zen von uner­füll­ten Wün­schen kön­nen im Kör­per ver­daut wer­den und Klar­heit über aktu­el­le Wün­sche wer­den deut­li­cher. Durch die vie­len Übun­gen wird der Kör­per so gestärkt, dass er die Din­ge tun kann, um die Zie­le zu errei­chen, nach dem er sich sehnt. Stress, Pain & Fear

Redu­cing Stress

*Learn to deal bet­ter with stress*. We are living in a world full of appoint­ments, expec­ta­ti­ons, wis­hes and events and its a chal­len­ge not to get lost in this hust­le and bust­le. When the mind can­not rest and the body can­not relax, chro­nic stress occurs and leads to dis­com­fort, burn-out, pain and ill­nes­ses. It is then cru­ci­al to find a way back to the body and get out of the dilem­ma of worries, doubts and the radio in your head.

In indi­vi­du­al ses­si­ons, I work toge­ther with you to find out how you are used to dealing with stress­ful situa­ti­ons and how you can learn to deal dif­fer­ent­ly and bet­ter with the chal­len­ges and deman­ds of your ever­y­day life.

Trans­for­ming Pain

*Learn to trans­form pain in the body*. Pain, phy­si­cal as well as men­tal, is often hard to bear and every one of us has old esta­blished pat­terns to deal with it. When some­thing is hur­ting we gene­ral­ly want to just tigh­ten ever­y­thing and hope to not have to feel it any­mo­re. This hap­pens on a bodi­ly as well as on an emo­tio­nal level. Unfor­tu­n­a­te­ly, this only makes the pain worse and tigh­tens the mus­cles so much that it can turn into chro­nic pain.

In indi­vi­du­al ses­si­ons you can learn dif­fe­rent pos­si­bi­li­ties to deal with pain. You can redis­co­ver your body’s abi­li­ty to let go of ten­si­ons in pain­ful are­as through focu­sed atten­ti­on and ther­e­by trans­for­ming the pain.

Riding Fear

*Learn to ride fear*.In its pure form, fear is a qua­li­ty that shows us whe­re we need to pay atten­ti­on. When we lis­ten to fear care­ful­ly, it shows us what is good for us and what not. Sad­ly, we have often learnt to avo­id fear and so we react to it with inner resis­tan­ce, ten­si­on, hyper­ac­tivi­ty or para­ly­sis. Howe­ver, often the­se avo­id­ance stra­te­gies only increa­se the fear which leads to the qua­li­ty of the ori­gi­nal fear no lon­ger being reco­gnis­ed. Ins­te­ad, we react to fear with fright and panic.

In indi­vi­du­al ses­si­ons, you have the chan­ce to learn that fear can be felt in the body as a natu­ral event ins­te­ad of reac­ting to it auto­ma­ti­cal­ly. This can be a com­ple­te­ly new expe­ri­ence that leads to more cla­ri­ty and calm­ness in the mind as well as to a fee­ling of strength and safe­ty in the body.




About me


Wie kann ich mich selbst gestal­ten? Die­se Fra­ge hat sich mir in mei­nem Leben immer wie­der gestellt und mich neu­gie­rig und abend­teu­er­lus­tig auf die Suche nach Ant­wor­ten geschickt.

Mit Hil­fe von kör­per­ba­sier­ten Lern­me­tho­den wie Yoga, 5 Rhyth­ms, Grin­berg Metho­de, Mas­sa­ge,  u.a. lern­te ich neue Wege, mit mir selbst umzu­ge­hen und vor allem Wege, die mich zurück in mei­nen Kör­per brach­ten und mir dadurch die Mög­lich­keit boten mich und mein Leben inten­siv zu spü­ren und es so zu gestal­ten, wie ich es wollte. 

Im Lau­fe mei­nes eige­nen Lern­pro­zes­ses und mei­ner Arbeit als Heil­prak­ti­ke­rin und als Kör­per­the­ra­peu­tin, erle­be ich immer wie­der, dass die wirk­li­chen Ver­än­de­run­gen im Leben nur durch tie­fe Erkennt­nis im Kör­per statt­fin­den können.

Ich freue ich mich, Men­schen unter­stüt­zen zu kön­nen, die Ver­än­de­run­gen (und Hei­lung) in ihrem Leben errei­chen möch­ten und sich ein­las­sen dies haut­nah und real über den Kör­per zu erfah­ren. Trans­la­ti­on in progress.…
